In this course students learn key skills for teambuilding. The tools and Techniques for building team identity, culture and trust are different when Your team spans the globe. Students will learn how to deal with multiple Cultures and create an infrastructure that facilitates that “team feeling.”
Through this course, you will practice various communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, and influencing skills during the exercises, including the following:
